Group lesson cancellation policy:

I require 1 week advance notice to grant a refund on Group Lessons unless you find a replacement participant. Otherwise, you will owe me for your group lesson time. Participants who cancel after that time will receive credit for 50% of your payment toward a future lesson.

 

Lesson cancellation policy:

I require 24 hr advance notice for cancellations. Otherwise you owe $75. In return, I will give a free hour lesson if I cancel with less than 24 hr notice.

 

Clinic cancellation policy:

Clinics are paid in advance. If you must cancel for a clinic, you either need to find a replacement rider or will owe a cancellation fee.  Cancellation fees are 50% with a week or more notice and 100% with less than one week’s notice.

 

Safety Policies:

All students are required to wear appropriate footwear. Students under 18 must wear a riding helmet while on their horse and must have a parent sign a permission & liability release for them.

 

Horses at all events must have a current negative coggins.

 

For safety and liability reasons, no pets are allowed at events. Sorry. Service dogs are allowed.

 

Smoking Policy:

I am allergic to smoke and most animals are extra sensitive to second hand smoke. There will be a designated smoking area. All other areas must remain smoke free, even while outside.
